Delete an account or company

Verify subscription renewal, confirm deletion and keep the private status receipt.

Before you begin

Only owners can delete companies. Before deleting your personal identity, delete the companies you own: ownership cannot be transferred.

Watch out — Confirmation ends access and remaining paid time immediately. Sparks are not converted, and no refund is promised. Company deletion removes its resources and memberships; members keep their personal identities.

Open the confirmation screen

Account to deleteConfirmation screen
PersonalAccount → Delete account in web or mobile.
CompanySettings → Workspace → Delete company in the authenticated dashboard.

Mobile sends business owners to the dashboard. Chat and MCP can link these screens but cannot submit deletion.

Verify renewal and confirm

  1. Review the affected members, apps and subscriptions.
  2. Open the provider's subscription management screen.
  3. Turn off renewal with Stripe or Google, if applicable.
  4. Return to Botchi and select Verify cancellation.
  5. Read and accept the deletion acknowledgement.
  6. Confirm deletion only after the checks allow it.
