Sparks
Understand the shared pool that pays for AI work and app subscriptions.
Sparks measure the AI work Botchi does for you. Business members share one account pool rather than separate wallets. The conversion is $1 of usage = 1,000 Sparks; purchase terms and taxes belong in Billing.
How the pool is used
Botchi spends the current cycle's included allowance first, then the reserve purchased through top-ups. The next cycle replenishes the included allowance; a top-up funds the reserve.
When both are empty, new AI work does not start until a top-up or the next cycle.
Business accounts receive 10,000 included Sparks per seat per cycle. AI work uses actual consumption, so longer runs, media generation and repeated workflow items can cost more.
Watch out — When both buckets are empty, new Assistant turns, agent-chat turns and dictation do not start. An owner must top up, or you must wait for the next allowance.
Attribution and limits
The member who starts work receives its usage attribution, while the account pool pays. Workflows are reported by workflow; app subscriptions appear as account charges. The report is not a separate wallet for each person.
A member spend limit caps that person's consumption within the billing cycle. Remaining account Sparks do not bypass an exhausted member limit. The owner can also set a default limit for non-owner members.
Auto top-up funds the reserve automatically under the owner's billing settings. Monitor Usage to understand which members, workflows and apps spend Sparks.
Apps and partner work
Each published app has a monthly plan in one of three sizes, S, M or L, paid from the shared pool; users are unlimited on every size. Building, verifying and previewing consume Sparks separately. See App costs and limits for prices and allowances.
An authorized partner operator's AI work is paid from the partner's own Sparks. The customer's history records the activity with zero Sparks charged to the customer pool; member limits stay untouched.
