Quickstart: set up your company
Build a useful first specialist, invite your team and put cost controls in place.
Set up one specialist your team can use today. For example, start with a support agent that answers from your product information and policies.
Before you begin
You need an active business subscription and Owner or dashboard Editor access. An owner handles invitations and spend limits. Business signup finishes only after successful checkout; if you cancel checkout, resume from the signup screen.
Set up your first specialist
Shared context comes first, then agent capabilities, team access and cost controls. The dashboard Assistant can guide the sequence and propose configuration changes for approval.

- Open Workspace and edit COMPANY.md with your offering, customers and tone of voice. If signup generated it from your website, review its facts first.
- Open Settings and set Instructions for agents with your account-wide rules, such as when to escalate a customer request.
- Add the documents your specialist needs to Workspace, such as product information, policies and FAQs.
- Create your first specialist in Agents for one clearly defined job. Follow Create an agent to configure its identity and instructions.
- Grant the specialist its required tools and Workspace files. Bind the account connection or credential profile it should use; follow Tool access and Workspace access.
- Ask the owner to invite your team and assign roles in Team. Grant the specialist to the roles that need it; follow Members and Roles.
- Ask the owner to set member spend limits, then review consumption in Usage. See Spend limits before enabling automatic top-ups.
Tip — In Chat, choose Help me set up my workspace or describe your first job. Review each proposed change before approving it.
Try it with your team
Open the specialist's chat in web chat or the mobile app and ask a realistic question. Check its answer, sources and any proposed action. Refine its instructions or file access when something is missing.
Use evals to keep a successful task as a repeatable check before changing the specialist again.
