The Assistant

Run your workspace through chat, with live account information and approval before changes.

The dashboard Assistant helps you configure and run your business workspace. Open Chat or the dashboard side chat and describe your goal.

It reads your account and current page, answering in your language. Conversations are private to each member and workspace.

What you can ask

GoalExamples
Understand the workspaceExplain permissions, inspect agents and tools, review usage or run audits.
Configure resourcesCreate or update agents, workflows, Workspace files, roles, presets, panels and tools.
Start workLaunch agents, workflows or eval suites and follow their results.
Use integrationsWork with account connections and credentials available to this conversation.
ResearchDelegate research to one to three temporary read-only subagents.

Ask “Help me create a support agent” for guided setup. Creation menus offer Ask the assistant and starting ideas.

Choose between compatible connections when asked. A single connection is automatic; neither choice becomes a global setting.

Your access determines its tools

Viewers can inspect and ask questions. Owners and dashboard editors can also request changes, subject to their permissions. The Assistant cannot give an editor owner-only powers.

Reads run automatically. Dashboard changes become proposals for you to approve; research subagents cannot perform writes.

Reads answer immediately. Every write stops at the same gate — you see the exact action before it happens.

Follow the review process before applying proposals. Connected-tool approval options depend on the tool and conversation.

Longer requests

A Work plan tracks outcome phases; run cards track launched work. The final answer reports what completed and what remains.

The dashboard Assistant can use up to 120 AI steps per turn. A step is one AI response and can request several tools. The last step is reserved for a reply. Work can finish earlier or reach a time limit; Sparks reflect actual usage.
