Manage billing and plans

Manage your subscription, top up Sparks and retrieve payment documents.

Before you begin

Only the workspace owner can manage billing, payment documents, tax details and top-ups. Business is a paid subscription.

Manage the subscription

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Review the subscription status, seats and renewal date.
  3. Select Billing portal to change the plan, payment method or cancellation.

Each workspace has one subscription. Existing subscriptions block new Checkout, even when overdue or paused; use the portal.

A business starts with one owner seat. Accepted invitations add seats; removing members reduces the next renewal. Each business seat contributes 10,000 Sparks per cycle.

Subscription allowances and top-ups fund the shared pool. Member limits govern individual use without reserving a separate balance.

Workflow and account charges

Member caps do not limit these charges

One shared pool pays for account work. Member caps govern personal consumption; they do not reserve separate balances.

Complete a payment

  1. Select Complete payment in the payment banner to open the hosted Stripe invoice.
  2. Complete the payment with Stripe.

If the invoice link is unavailable, use Billing portal to update payment details. Only the owner can complete either action.

Buy a top-up

  1. Select Top up in Billing.
  2. Choose the amount.
  3. Review the Sparks and base charge.
  4. Complete Stripe Checkout.

Purchased Sparks refill the reserve and do not expire. Displayed base prices exclude tax; Stripe calculates applicable tax from billing details. See Sparks for allowance and reserve rules.

Retrieve payment documents

  1. Open Payments and documents.
  2. Open the Stripe receipt or available invoice for a payment.
  3. Select Load older payments to find earlier payments.
  4. Select Refresh to check for newly available invoices.

Each successful positive Stripe payment has one row; zero-value invoices and failures are excluded. Fatture in Cloud invoices appear when available. Stripe receipts remain accessible during invoice-service outages.

Complete Italian billing details

DetailWhere and what it changes
Business VAT numberAdd through the Stripe billing portal.
Private individual's codice fiscaleSave in Billing details; it appears on invoices.
SDI code or PECOptional for Italian billing addresses. Save either or both in Billing details, including when VAT is already present.

Missing Italian tax IDs trigger a reminder. Italian business profiles with VAT also receive a non-blocking reminder if both SDI and PEC are missing.

Watch out — Saving SDI or PEC updates your billing profile. It does not activate electronic invoice delivery or change invoices already issued.
