How your team uses Botchi

Use your personal assistant, specialist chats and shared apps during everyday work.

Your personal assistant is your everyday starting point in web chat or the mobile app. In a business account, it receives the company profile and account-wide instructions automatically.

Members can start in the browser without installing the mobile app or buying a separate personal subscription. The mobile app adds convenient access on the go and notifications.

Choose the right place

Use your personal assistant for general help. Open a specialist's dedicated chat for its assigned job. Use an internal app when you need a shared interface and records.

Choose by the job. Agents, workflows and apps can work together, each with its own access controls.

Owners and dashboard users can open every active account agent. Other members see agents granted to their roles. App access is assigned separately; dashboard access alone does not give members app roles.

A specialist brings its own instructions, granted files and connected tools into the conversation. Select its name in web or mobile chat to inspect its profile, tools and skills.

Review actions and continue work

When an action needs approval, inspect the proposed values before approving or denying it. Approval controls also appear in mobile chat. See Approvals for the differences between chat and unattended workflows.

You can send a follow-up while the assistant works. It takes the message into the current turn when possible, or answers it in the next turn.

Watch out — Stop response ends the current turn and its queued messages. Completed actions remain, launched background tasks can continue, and consumed Sparks still count.

Keep the team experience useful

Dashboard owners and editors maintain company files, refine specialists and adjust grants as responsibilities change. Losing an agent grant hides its chats and blocks history and attachment reads. Restoring access makes retained history available again.
