Company brain

Keep company facts, binding rules and visual guidance in their proper places.

The company brain gives Botchi a shared starting point: who your company is, how its AI must behave and how its output should look. Keep each kind of context in its own place so you can update it consistently.

Three sources of shared context

COMPANY.md describes your offering, customers, voice, people and links. Instructions for agents supplies binding rules, and DESIGN.html supplies visual guidance. Specialists combine this shared context with their own instructions and granted knowledge.

The living visual system

Shared context + specialist instructions + granted knowledge
Keep facts, rules and visual guidance separate. Specialists add their own instructions and granted files.

Instructions for agents in Settings sets binding account-wide rules for account agents, workflows and business members' personal assistants. Put escalation policies and mandatory behaviour here.

DESIGN.html is the living visual system. It holds visual guidance your company can maintain and reuse. Website setup can draft it alongside COMPANY.md.

Shared context is not unrestricted access

Other Workspace documents reach a specialist only through its file and folder grants. Its private Home holds its identity, memory, skills and generated files. Workflows reach the common Workspace tree.

Rule — Agents and workflows can read the system company files but cannot change their contents. Nobody can rename, move or delete system entries.

Owners and dashboard editors maintain company context in Workspace and Settings. Keep COMPANY.md's opening concise and factual. Rules written there do not replace binding account instructions or enforced access controls.
