Agents

Give your team specialists with their own instructions, tools and files.

An agent is an AI specialist for a business job, such as preparing quotes or handling support. Members use it from web chat and mobile. You configure and review it in the dashboard.

The pieces of an agent

Identity defines its role and boundaries. Skills teach procedures. Memory keeps validated lessons. Tools and app roles determine available actions; Workspace access determines readable and writable files.

Each agent has a private Home for instructions, memory, skills, scripts, chat attachments and working files. Company files stay in the shared Workspace. Giving an agent access makes those files available through it to its users.

The Connections view: the agent at the centre, everything it may reach around it. Workspace files are not here — they are never bound per agent.

Owners and anyone with dashboard access can chat with every active agent; other members chat only with the agents granted to their roles. Owners and dashboard editors manage configuration; viewers can inspect it.

Agents can delegate independent research to temporary read-only subagents. The parent reconciles their evidence and remains responsible for writes and approvals.

Find your agent

Open Agents. Filter by role or status, or sort by name or Sparks. The cost figures help you compare agents:

FigureMeaning
Average Sparks per runMean cost of up to 10 recent finished runs, including failed and cancelled runs
Daily projectionFinished-run cost over the last 10 days divided by 10; summed across agents for the account

These are estimates from past usage, not spending limits. See Usage.

WorkspaceBrowse the agent's Home, upload files and manage scripts
ChatUse your persistent conversation, including attachments, approvals and stop controls

Your conversation is shared across dashboard, web chat and mobile. Other members have their own conversations. Attachments belong to the account Workspace; deleting a chat does not delete its files.

Watch out — Deleting an agent is permanent. It removes grants and schedules removal of its chats, runs and Home files. Copy files you need before deleting.
