# Review usage

> Find what consumes Sparks and storage, then choose the right cost control.

Use Usage to review AI consumption and storage without opening private member files.

## Before you begin

Dashboard members can inspect Usage. Profiles require owner/editor access; billing changes and spend limits require the owner.

## Find Spark consumption

1. Open **Usage**.
2. Select **Sparks**.
3. Review consumption over time and by member.
4. Select a range in **Sources**: last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or current cycle.
5. Inspect the source responsible for the spend.

| Source | What it includes |
| --- | --- |
| Member | Work started by that member, including dashboard, agent chat and app builder activity. |
| Workflow | Runs reported under the workflow itself. |
| Account | App subscriptions and work not started by a team member. |
| Partner-covered activity | Workspace history shows the activity, with zero Sparks charged to your workspace. |

Opening a member profile keeps your selected range. Per-member limits count the member's own use; they do not cap workflow or account charges.

Control individual consumption with [spend limits](/en/docs/billing/spend-limits); inspect workflows/apps for shared charges. See [Sparks](/en/docs/concepts/sparks) for pool rules.

## Review storage

1. Select **Storage**.
2. Compare Workspace storage with members' personal Files.
3. Open Workspace to manage shared files when your role allows it.

| Storage measure | What you see |
| --- | --- |
| Workspace | Shared account files and a link to the file browser. |
| Personal Files | Usage against each member's quota, without private filenames or contents. |
| Counted size | File size before encryption; files in Trash still count until cleanup. |
| Excluded size | Indexing data, embeddings and encryption overhead. |
