# Configure workspace settings

> Update workspace details, shared instructions and optional realtime voice.

## Before you begin

Owners/editors can edit workspace settings; viewers can inspect. Partner links and company deletion are owner-only.

## Update workspace details

1. Open **Settings** and select **Workspace**.
2. Use **Edit** to update the workspace name or website.
3. Upload, replace or remove the logo as needed.
4. Open COMPANY.md or DESIGN.html to edit the company profile or visual system.

| --- | --- |
| Logo | PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, up to 4 MB. Uploads, replacement and removal apply immediately. |
| Instructions for agents | Up to 4,000 characters; applies to account agents, workflows and business members' personal assistants. |
| COMPANY.md | Company identity and profile, stored in Workspace. |
| DESIGN.html | Shared visual system, stored in Workspace. |

## Set shared instructions

1. Find **Instructions for agents** on the Workspace tab.
2. Enter the rules every account assistant, agent and workflow must follow. The field is formatted text: type `/` for headings and lists.
3. Select **Save**.

The Assistant proposes profile/instruction changes for approval. **Regenerate from website** proposes new COMPANY.md or DESIGN.html content for review before replacement.

## Enable realtime voice

Realtime voice is off by default. The production pilot is available to Sealo S.r.l. and INOMA SRL; development makes it available to all accounts. The platform must also enable its voice provider and model.

1. Open **Optional features**.
2. Read the **Realtime voice** notice.
3. Enable the feature and accept the processing terms on behalf of your company.

> **Watch out** — Voice sends audio, transcripts and relevant chat context directly to OpenAI. EU processing and zero data retention are not guaranteed. Abuse-monitoring logs may remain for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or harm-prevention reasons. Data is not used for training; session recording is disabled.

Voice duration consumes credits separately from delegated work. Disabling it closes voice sessions and stops new voice requests; accepted work can continue. It does not delete data already retained by the provider. Changes record the actor, time and notice version.

Video understanding is available without an optional-feature consent. It follows the platform's enabled model and privacy requirements.

Your signed-in identity and dashboard language are managed in **Your account**, from the account menu.
