# Run a structured review

> Create a board of AI reviewers, submit material and turn their critique into revisions.

## Before you begin

You need a business workspace and owner or dashboard editor access. A panel reviews the material you submit from several personas, then synthesizes their critiques. It reads the supplied sources and optional question.

## Create a panel

1. Open **Panels**.
2. Choose **New panel**.
3. Choose **Blank panel**.
4. Enter **Name** and **When to use**.
5. Add one to eight members with a name and role description.
6. Add a narrower focus for members who need it.
7. Add shared criteria if reviewers should use the same rubric.
8. Save the panel.

> **Rule** — Write personas to find objections, blind spots, risks and misreadings. Panels produce structured critique, not predictions, invented consensus or fake quantification.

## Run a review

1. Open the panel's **Run** tab.
2. Attach the material to review.
3. Enter an optional focus in **Question**.
4. Choose **Run review**.
5. Open the completed run to read member critiques and the synthesis.

Members critique the same supplied material in parallel. The synthesis brings together agreements, disagreements, main objections and concrete revisions; it does not turn their views into a vote.

| Run requirement | Rule |
| --- | --- |
| Sources | One to six: web pages by address, compatible Workspace files or run-only uploaded images. |
| Images | At most four image sources in the six-source total. |
| Cost | One model call per reviewer, plus synthesis and PDF/Office text extraction; charged to the account pool. |
| Background work | Leaving or refreshing does not stop a review. |
| Partial failure | Completed critiques remain available and are marked as partial. |
| Results | Encrypted and decrypted when opened. |

Use **Run history** to check status, time, cost and the surface that convened each review. Use **Members** to inspect the roster and shared criteria, then **Edit** to change the definition.

## Make a panel available during work

1. Open the agent's Connections canvas.
2. Connect the individual panel from the panel node.

The first active connection gives the agent its Panels tools; removing the last removes them. Workflows use Panels in direct tool steps when granted that group. The Dashboard Assistant convenes reviews; editors can request approved creation, updates or deletion.

## Delete a panel

1. Wait for running reviews to finish.
2. Find the panel in **Panels**.
3. Choose **Delete** from its actions menu.
4. Confirm with **Delete panel**.

> **Watch out** — Permanent deletion removes the definition, agent connections, review history, submitted prompts and stored results. Source Workspace files and usage records remain. You cannot delete a panel while a review runs.
