# Introduction

> Give your team personal AI assistance and shared specialists, with one place to govern their work.

Botchi helps your company use AI for everyday work. Every member has a personal assistant in web chat and the mobile app. Business accounts add specialist agents, repeatable workflows and internal apps.

Start with one useful job, such as answering product questions or preparing sales follow-ups. Give it accurate company context and limited access, then improve it from real work.

## Where you work

You configure and govern Botchi in the dashboard. Your team uses personal assistants and specialist agents in web or mobile chat. Both sides share the account's Workspace and configured agents.

Owners and dashboard users can chat with every active account agent. Other members get the agents granted to their roles. External AI clients can also use authorized agents and apps through [MCP](/en/docs/mcp).

## What to set up

The company brain supplies shared identity, rules and visual guidance. Specialists use that context to do specific jobs. Access controls and Sparks govern who can use them and what the work costs.

- [Company brain](/en/docs/concepts/company-brain): describe your company and set binding rules.
- [Agents, workflows and apps](/en/docs/concepts/agents-workflows-apps): choose how to deliver a task.
- [Access and ownership](/en/docs/concepts/access): grant files, tools and identities deliberately.
- [Sparks](/en/docs/concepts/sparks): fund AI work from the account's shared pool.

## Let the Assistant help

Open **Chat** in the dashboard and describe the outcome you want. The dashboard Assistant checks your current setup, asks focused questions and proposes changes for review. Viewers can ask it to explain and inspect the account.

Follow the [quickstart](/en/docs/quickstart) to set up your first specialist and invite your team.
